The following information to be filled in regarding entry to the event.

  • Ages 13 & Under are 1 Cent with Paid Adult
    ~     Scouts in Uniform are free - with Uniformed Leader ( Entry fee for Uniformed Leader(s) - $ 5.00 ) ~
    Enter # of Under 13 or number of scouts (0-99)
    (    No door prize tickets for free entries or children 13 & Under)

  • If you are vending, please give us a brief description of the products you will be offering at the Hamfest.
    If there is someone you would like to be close to please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

  • If you are a Scout Leader, give us some information about your troop. (Troop #, Location, etc)

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be considered a
donation if you are not able to represent yourself at this event.
Tables not claimed by 8:30 will be resold.
No refunds. If you cannot make it by 8:00 AM, please contact us immediately.
